Ganache Anyone?

My first cake with ganache under the fondant. I must day..... I am COMPLETELY in LOVE with it!!! It makes for a very nice straight and clean looking cake. {no lumpy sides :o/} ...and the taste is divine! I will now be using Dark Chocolate Ganache and White Chocolate Ganache under my fondant. I am still offering buttercream, for those of you who only want a buttercream iced cake or cupcakes.

What is Ganache? Ganache is Dark or White Chocolate mixed with heavy cream to make a deliciously smooth icing!
