I made these cupcakes for my best friends Bridal shower. Tried a few new flavors. Chocolate Espresso-- which was super delicious!! A Dairy-Free Lemon-Coconut with toasted coconut sprinkled on top. (That was my favorite part!) Then Banana with buttercream icing. We've done that one before, but was a good flavor for a brunch shower.
