I made this cake for my cousin, Stacy who was having a retirement party for a couple teachers. My first stacked books and 3-D school house ever. :o) It was fun, but time consuming!
The bottom book is French Vanilla with Cherry filling.
Top book is Chocolate-Banana with Chocolate Bavarian filling.
School house is Rum-Spice.
Marble cupcakes with butter cream icing and a fondant apple on each.
