Customer wanted Chocolate cupcakes with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, they were so good I decided to make that flavor as an option for my customer's now. :o) She didn't care what I put on them, so this is what I came up with. *P.S. They are also VERY good with French Vanilla cupcakes. ;o)
