10" 1-layer and 8" 1-layer (3inch deep pan). Yellow cake with chocolate buttercream filling. I did this cake for Carson and Jaxson's 12th birthday. It was also Stacy's birthday, so the flavor was for her. :) My first attempt at a cowboy hat.... boy was that a challenge! I finally opted with a cardboard brim and covered it with fondant. The hat part of it was with rice crispies.
